Yellow gold in color with an eggshell white head that lingers far beyond what microbrew drinkers are used to. Earthy spices dominate the aroma, with notes of cardamom and clove being the most apparent; with some gentle warming, nicely prickly hints of white pepper come through. The palate is bright and alive with a bunch of flavors all working in harmony: the spicy, somewhat herbal aromas from the nose are matched with ripe fruits such as pears. Overall, the beer is dry and somewhat bitter on the finish, making it rounded and quite drinkable despite the 8.50% ABV.

    • Special Guest - Suzanne Garcia

It's a night of US vs. THEM, meaning we're going to pour domestic wines against their imported partners. Example; Russian River Pinot vs. Burgundy. Want to open your eyes a bit, come and see how drastically the same grape varietal changes depending on the county in which it was made. PLUS, a very special guest - Suzanne Garcia will be guiding us through the wines. Oh Yea, it's going to be FUN! ~David~
