This smooth ale tastes citrusy with yeasty notes and a hint of peppery spice. Its dry finish and mild carbonation make it perfect for pairing with grilled chicken, rich fish dishes, and cheeses like camembert and brie.

    • Côte d'Or: BOTH the Côte de Nuits & Côte de Beaune

Bu bub bub BURGUNDY!! Do we pour Burgundy a lot? ABSOLUTLY! Why? Because it's one of the finest wines in the world. This is not my opinion, it's FACT! Tonight, I've selected wines from the North and South, top to bottom so to speak and we're going to ENJOY them! YOU should join us. ~DAVID~

Here's some data I copied from the Internet:

The Côte d'Or is a limestone escarpment in Burgundy France. It stretches from Dijon in the north to the river Dheune to the south.

The east-facing slope of the Côte d'Or is home to some of the greatest names of Burgundy wine, such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Clos de Vougeot, Meursault and Montrachet. The northern half, the Côte de Nuits, produces red wine almost exclusively. The Côte de Beaune, around Beaune in the south, produces a mix of white wine and red wine.
